马库斯•雷克斯，在阿尔弗雷德-魏格纳研究所的亥姆霍兹极地和海洋研究中心从事研究工作，同时还在波茨坦大学大气物理系担任教授。他曾参加过多次科考行动，足迹遍布北极、南极等偏远地区，志在研究各地区内导致气候剧烈变化的复杂气候过程。此外，他还是MOSAiC 科考计划的总策划，并领导了这场为期一年、史无前例的科考，共有来自20多个国家的 90余所机构参与其中。在MOSAiC科考计划中，现代科考破冰船首次在冬半年黑暗的极夜里挺进至北极点附近。 王一帆，北京大学德语系硕士，德语专业八级水平，持有德语二级笔译资格证书，曾参与翻译诗集《在光与万物背后》，有丰富的德语翻译经验，还曾多次赴德交流与深造，对德国社会及文化环境有较深的理解。
